Role Overview
As the Vice President of Commercial Excellence, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies to optimize our commercial operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will lead a high-performing team, implement best practices, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization’s commercial excellence strategy to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align commercial goals with corporate objectives.
- Drive sales effectiveness by designing and implementing tools, processes, and training programs.
- Oversee pricing strategies, market segmentation, and performance analytics to ensure competitive positioning.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals in sales enablement, market insights, and customer success.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor and improve sales productivity and customer engagement.
- Enhance the customer experience by ensuring consistent and value-driven engagement across all touchpoints.
- Leverage technology and data analytics to drive insights and decision-making in commercial operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales strategy, or a related field, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
Skills:
