Site Developer / Land Scout – Wind Energy

Join a fast-growing renewable energy company driving the development of next-generation wind energy projects across Southern Germany. As a Site Developer / Land Scout, you’ll play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and securing land for future wind turbine installations—contributing directly to the success of Germany’s energy transition.

• Take initiative in scouting and securing suitable land for wind turbine development in Southern Germany.
• Negotiate and finalize land use agreements with property owners, in collaboration with internal contract managers.
• Organize and lead stakeholder events, including landowner meetings and information sessions with municipalities and authorities.
• Design land lease models, maintain lease data tables, and ensure comprehensive documentation of agreements and progress.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with landowners and official stakeholders to ensure ongoing project success.

• Fluent/native-level German (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally in wind energy or land acquisition.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with local stakeholders and landowners.
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with internal teams.
• High attention to detail in documentation and land lease administration.
