About the Role
A leading provider of advanced pump and dosing solutions is seeking a Service and Test Engineer to support both field operations and internal product testing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring product reliability and delivering exceptional customer support across Europe—contributing to innovation, R&D, and technical service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical service, maintenance, and troubleshooting support
- Lead field commissioning and repairs across customer sites in Europe
- Conduct product validation tests in collaboration with the R&D team
- Analyze field and lab data, diagnose issues, and propose improvements
- Maintain service documentation and produce detailed test reports
- Coordinate with engineering and sales to deliver end-to-end customer support
- Deliver product training and act as a technical brand ambassador
Requirements
- Certified technician or degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
- 2+ years of experience in industrial technical service or product testing
- Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical systems)
- Proficient in reading CAD drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation
- Skilled in digital tools for diagnostics and data interpretation
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel across Europe; valid driver’s license required
- Hands-on, customer-oriented, and a collaborative team player
