This high-impact, cross-functional role will sit at the intersection of engineering, infrastructure, and operations. You’ll be responsible for delivering scalable, fault-tolerant software systems to support DCIM, including asset management, digital twins, deployment automation, and operational insights. • Build internal platforms to support asset management, inventory tracking, and visual dashboards
  • Develop software that accelerates data center build-outs and operations
  • Lead build vs. buy analysis for scalable tool development
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, infrastructure, and support teams
  • Promote best practices around CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and distributed systems
  • Deliver reliable, fault-tolerant systems to support global scaling
  • Own the full lifecycle from concept through deployment and maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Advanced programming proficiency in Go, Rust, Java, C++, or similar
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and Linux systems
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI)
  • Hands-on knowledge of data structures, multithreading, and concurrency
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience balancing scalability, reliability, and performance in complex infrastructure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with internal tooling or operations software (DCIM, NOC tools, etc.)
  • Strong exposure to infrastructure automation and monitoring systems
  • Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package (cash + equity)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Pension or retirement plan (location-specific)
  • Generous PTO policy
