The portfolio spans Automotive & Mobility, Engineering & Technology, Goods & Services, and Retail & Food.
We are seeking a skilled Senior Associate / Manager in Group Finance – Reporting & Consolidation to join the Finance department. You will play a key role in preparing consolidated financial statements, supporting portfolio companies with IFRS compliance, and driving investment controlling processes across the group structure.
Responsibilities
Consolidated Reporting & IFRS Compliance
- Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly financial statements, including capital market communications.
- Maintain and manage the reporting and consolidation tool (LucaNet).
Investment Controlling & Portfolio Support
- Provide IFRS accounting guidance to individual portfolio companies.
- Support restructuring and transformation projects from a holding perspective.
- Analyse variances between actual and target results, preparing insightful reports and commentary.
- Participate in financial reviews and manage special finance-related projects within portfolio companies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in auditing (ideally Big 4) or investment controlling/finance in industry.
- Degree in economics, business law, accounting, finance, or controlling.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Business fluency in German and English.
- Experience with LucaNet, MS Office (especially Excel), and ideally Power BI & PowerPoint.
