About the Role
A leading global supplier of advanced automotive systems is seeking a Sales Manager to join its growing European sales team, with a focus on suspension products for Volkswagen Group and other OEMs. Based in Frankfurt, this role will lead commercial activities and support cross-functional collaboration across Germany, Korea, Poland, and Italy.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and all commercial activities for assigned OEM accounts
- Prepare cost breakdowns and quotations for new programs and engineering changes
- Lead commercial negotiations with key clients (VW Group, Mercedes-Benz, Stellantis)
- Coordinate customer-specific processes including logistics, quality, and change management
- Drive new business development and program acquisition efforts
- Collaborate with cross-regional teams to meet client and project goals
- Ensure alignment with internal sales procedures and performance targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Experience in automotive sales, project management, or technical account roles
- Strong understanding of the automotive sales lifecycle and OEM engagement
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic knowledge of Chassis Technology is a plus
- Fluent in German and English; French or Italian advantageous
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Intercultural competence and ability to collaborate across global time zones
- Proactive, reliable, and organized team player
