About the Role

A globally active industrial company is seeking a Sales Director to support its European customer base and product portfolio. This role is based in Prague and plays a key part in coordinating international trade and maintaining customer satisfaction across the European market.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support the local commercial team
  • Maintain and grow assigned customer relationships, primarily within Europe
  • Develop sales of products from affiliated group companies
  • Align sales activities with company strategy to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze customer and market trends, and report relevant insights
  • Follow up on customer payments and oversee order tracking and service delivery
  • Ensure effective communication with group management and coordination with other holding companies
  • Connect with Asian and American teams and factories to meet European customer needs
  • Collaborate with management on strategic goals
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety responsibilities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B or industrial sales, preferably in a multinational setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage cross-cultural and intercontinental business relationships
  • Commercial and strategic mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Comfortable with corporate reporting and internal systems
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to travel and engage with international teams
