Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional project controls and scheduling teams, setting performance goals, and ensuring delivery excellence.

  • Oversee project controls functions — change orders, claims, delay analysis, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to manage project risk and recovery strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement across budgeting, scheduling, and reporting processes.
  • Support executive decision-making through KPI dashboards and critical path analysis.
  • Conduct contract reviews to identify potential risks, notification protocols, and performance obligations.
  • Mentor project controls staff, develop training programs, and promote best practices.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Estimating, VDC, Safety, and Quality teams for program-wide consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 7+ years in project controls and scheduling.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale industrial or data center projects simultaneously.
  • Deep knowledge of CPM scheduling, contract management, and productivity analysis.
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam; familiarity with VDC tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally as required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive total compensation package (base salary + equity).
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Retirement or pension plan (aligned with local norms).
  • Generous paid time off policy.
  • Opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering next-generation data center infrastructure at hyperscale.
