Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and mitigate risks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the projects for the design of a new product from product development to the development of solutions for the installed products. This role plays a significant role in the Technology organization for the development and improvement of competitive, safe, durable and high-quality products. The objectives of this function are multiple, amongst others:

  • Define and manage project scope and work breakdown structure.
  • Manage projects by following company standards and procedures.
  • Define and manage project schedules and ensure alignment with the project stakeholders.
  • Ensure the execution of project activities is in alignment with the schedule.
  • Report project status and progress, manage project deviations, and resolve issues.
  • Ensure the definition of project cost breakdown structure and the timely tracking of financial figures.
  • Ensure with project finance to ensure monthly tracking of actuals and forecasts.
  • Ensure that the required resources and means are available for the projects.
  • Manage project risks and opportunities, as well as mitigation plans.
  • Ensure the projects follow the required quality, regulatory and HSE standards.
