About the Role

A great opportunity for a commercially driven professional to join a growing sales team focused on sealing solutions for the defense, energy, and industrial sectors. This role is key to maintaining and expanding strategic customer relationships, developing new business, and collaborating across technical and operational teams to deliver high-performance sealing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing key accounts in the defense, energy, and industrial sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries, including distribution and machinery manufacturing.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
  • Lead negotiations and prepare contractual agreements with customers and partners.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and quality teams to ensure technical and operational alignment.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify trends, gaps, and strategic opportunities.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and industry events to expand your professional network.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in key account management, ideally with an established customer network in the defense or industrial sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and events.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
