A leading international manufacturer of aluminium-based solutions is seeking a Head of Business Development, North America to lead strategic growth efforts across the region. This senior-level role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence across key industries such as automotive, construction, and rail.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities in North America
- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and strategic business planning
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to deliver tailored aluminium solutions
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in aluminium extrusion or high-pressure die casting (HPDC), with exposure to OEM and Tier 1 clients
- Strong technical or engineering background combined with commercial acumen
- Proven success in market development and business expansion within North America
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
