About the Role
Join a newly established global Center of Excellence as Global Pricing Manager / Director and shape the future of pricing strategy for a leading player in the F&B sector. This high-impact role drives value-based pricing, pricing governance, and strategic alignment across global markets—positioning pricing as a core profit lever.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of value-based global pricing strategies
- Own pricing strategy processes across all regions and functions
- Align pricing with product positioning and customer-perceived value
- Collaborate with sales, category, finance, and marketing teams
- Establish governance frameworks and compliance metrics
- Define and monitor pricing KPIs and implement optimization initiatives
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing across global and regional pricing teams
- Contribute to the long-term design of the Pricing Center of Excellence (COE)
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, preferably in F&B or CPG
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related; Master’s preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using data tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Proven success in cross-functional and international environments
