About the Role
As a key member of a global pricing center of excellence, the Global Deal Management Lead will drive commercial success across strategic international deals. Acting as a direct partner to Global Key Account teams, this role blends financial analysis, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration to shape winning, compliant deal structures that support global growth.
Responsibilities
- Co-create and structure high-impact global deals in collaboration with commercial, legal, and regional teams
- Build frameworks for consistent, compliant, and value-generating proposals
- Enhance discount governance and support strategic pricing decisions
- Develop escalation protocols and decision pathways for complex opportunities
- Strengthen alignment with regional pricing and deal management stakeholders
- Contribute to building the global pricing Center of Excellence (F&B division)
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in deal negotiation, commercial finance, or strategic pricing
- Background in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred
- Strong skills in financial assessment, valuation, and risk analysis
- Proven experience managing deal lifecycles and cross-functional coordination
- Familiarity with international legal and regulatory environments
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Culturally adept and experienced in global commercial environments
