180 Recruitment Consultant – Candidate Delivery

We are looking for a driven and ambitious 180 Recruitment Consultant to focus on candidate delivery. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing high-quality candidates through the recruitment process, working closely with our senior consultants to ensure successful placements.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales who enjoys building relationships with top-level candidates and wants to develop into a high-performing recruitment professional. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced consultants, gain exposure to senior-level talent markets, and follow a clear progression path within a growing market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and in-depth candidate interviews.
  • Qualify candidates against live job briefs and hiring requirements.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to develop long-term talent networks.
  • Work closely with 360 consultants to ensure efficient delivery against client requirements.
  • Support onboarding processes where required.
  • Maintain a high level of candidate engagement and market knowledge.

Your Profile

  • Some previous experience in a sales or a recruitment role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong ambition to build a successful career within recruitment.
  • Passion for candidate engagement, relationship management, and talent acquisition.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining individual performance goals.

Desirable Experience (Not Essential)

  • Recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing experience.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
  • Exposure to candidate screening and interview processes.
  • Experience working in sales, customer-facing, or target-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of CRM or applicant tracking systems.
