- Knowledge of the construction, facilities management, and clean energy sectors.
- Experience working with CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture connections with brokers and buyers to drive successful land sales.
- New Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls, web-based and face-to-face meetings to generate leads and manage a continuous sales pipeline.
- Sales and Pipeline Tracking: Meet KPIs to support sales growth and provide regular pipeline updates.
- Collaboration with Estimating Teams: Work closely with estimating teams to determine project scope, bid potential, and key success factors.
- Planning and Budgeting: Develop sales strategies, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
