TMO Associate Director
Your Tasks:
- Management experience in manufacturing companies within PMO/Process improvement/ Program Management
- Proven track – record of delivering sustainable results in high – value projects in Procurement, operations, Supply Chain, Finance and Advance analytics in wide range of industrial sectors
- Successful track-record of PMO structure implementation
- Deliver cash and cost improvement programs
- Consulting experience
- Responsible for driving open topic from department initiative workshop and strategic alignment projects
- Responsible for aligning with finance to launch methodology for engineering financials.
Your Profile:
- Completed university degree, preferably within top 20% and/or top tier university
- International experience in Restructuring Leadership role in industry or in consulting
- Evidence of strong career progression
- Proven ability to lead and motivate international teams (preferably in turnaround situations)
- Good command of financial analysis and management accounting, incl. P&L analysis, in order to identify and prioritize necessary measures for improvement
- Entrepreneurial mindset (fast, pragmatic,, sustainable) and ability to think “outside the box”
- Professional communication and presentation of information, adapted to audience
- Willingness to travel (typically Mon-Thu, across Europe)
- Fluency in English and one other European language (particularly in German, Spanish, French,, Italian)
- Proven track record of delivering value creation in a Private Equity portfolio company is a plus.
