Technical Project Manager EPC Photovoltaics

Your tasks:

• Project management for the construction of ground-mounted PV Systems:
• Preparation, supervision and follow-up of construction and commissioning works.
• Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the contract and in accordance with legal and internal specifications/requirements.
• Preparation, creation and maintenance of all relevant documents such as budgets and documents such as budgets, schedules, risk matrices
• Ensuring and carrying out adequate documentation, information and communication, in with authorities, external service providers/contractors and internal project teams and LTAs.
• Technical support for the project development team until the start of construction (e.g. project layout/design, component selection, grid connection and installation and operating concept) and preparation,
• Management and supervision of construction work and commissioning
• Identification of suitable service providers / contractors as well as assistance in negotiating and concluding conclusion of corresponding contracts and in the processing of contract amendments/breaches
• If required, participation in the induction / instruction of new employees
• Critically analyzing and target-oriented further development of existing structures, approaches and processes in coordination with the VP Development and the relevant specialist departments

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical studies as an electrical engineer in mechanical engineering, civil engineering or comparable studies
• Relevant professional experience in comparable fields of activity, e.g. as a technical project manager in the field of construction/energy generation projects.
• Structured and independent way of working as well as a confident and assertive demeanour
• Strong communication skills as well as a group and team-orientated way of working
