Chief Operating Officer
The Operations Director is responsible for managing and monitoring the Scouting, Land, Development, Construction and O&M activities. He/she is responsible for organizational, technical and financial management within the limits of the powers granted to him/her. He is also responsible for the managerial supervision of his team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Definition of strategy with General Management
- Manage relations with partners, participate in the governance bodies of the various partnerships
- Supervise and manage project budgets
- Provide support for international subsidiaries
- Develop strategic partnerships (technical, investors, etc.)
- Coordinate responses to calls for projects and participate in defining the response strategy
- Participate in financing.
Your Qualifications and Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a similar discipline (a master’s degree is desirable).
- Proven track record in top management roles within the renewables space.
- Proven capacity for creating and carrying out strategies that promote operational excellence.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities, demonstrated by a history of creating and managing high-achieving teams.
- Excellent financial sense, with background in performance management, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Superior ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, including the capacity to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A dedication to quality, safety, and ongoing development.
