Commissioning Package Manager

About the Role

As a BMS Commissioning Package Manager, you will lead the end-to-end commissioning of complex Building Management Systems (BMS) within high-tech environments, ensuring operational readiness and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BMS commissioning from Level 1 to Level 5, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and related control systems.
• Define quality and commissioning scopes, managing risk and execution strategies.
• Plan and schedule testing, ensuring alignment with project deadlines.
• Drive safety standards, including Permit to Work (PTW) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).
• Write and approve technical documentation, including test scripts and RFIs.
• Oversee the commissioning of all BMS/EPMS-connected equipment and integration processes.
• Report progress, manage punch lists, and ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification (5+ years of experience).

🔹 Hands-on experience in commissioning advanced electrical and BMS control systems.

🔹 Expertise in system integration, loop testing, PLCs, industrial communication networks, and SCADA systems.

🔹 Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and documentation management.

🔹 Experience in stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination.

🔹 Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, high-tech environments.
