Technical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall technical management of product development and central technical contact for customers and internal sub-project managers
• Change and configuration management
• Creation, control, and publication of the technical project schedule
• Tracking and ensuring the product cost target
• Defining and tracking work packages within the project process for internal and external bodies
• Making technical decisions and finding solutions
• Ensuring process – compliant development (automotive development process, ASPICE, ISO262, FMEA….)
• Technical customer communication an internal reporting
• Organization of requirements management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Several years of professional experience in the automotive sector, preferably in the field of electric powertrains
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
• Analytical thinking, good coordination and communication skills
• Years of practical experience in project management
• Experience in risk and escalation management
• Completed technical studies and in depth technical understanding of the electronics, mechanics and software trades
• Management experience in large teams.
