Product Platform Director

Responsibilities

• Ensure definition of the project scope, and to target agreement of projects with NPI.
• Ensure awareness of customer expectations, manage expectations of relevant functions, and ensure compliance of deliverables of the project with those expectations.
• Ensure adherence to constraints from Technology strategy, product roadmap, and consider new technologies opportunities.
• Drive platform budget agreement and ensure monitoring of actuals, and actions to achieve annual budget.
• Ensure that risks and opportunities are appropriately reflected in the project and actuals, and execute financial opportunities.
• Ensure the necessary project infrastructure (e.g. tools, documentation rules, templates)- Lead compliance to company standards, regulations, directives, and local laws.
• Set necessary measures to ensure zero non-compliance risk in HSE, and early escalation
• Ensure timely identification of risks and opportunities and early escalation
• Drive decision-making process in collaboration with NPI (e.g. manufacturing, procurement), provide timely information and involve them in decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in defining and executing product platform strategies to drive innovation and scalability.
• Deep knowledge of product lifecycle management and platform architecture.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to leverage data and technology to drive decision-making and platform performance.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and large-scale platform projects.
