Sales Manager

Netherlands (Remote) Full TIme

Responsibilities

  • Originate opportunities and create compelling customer proposals for energy storage solutions.
  • Capture customer requirements, collaborate with Solution team to complete the commercial and technical proposal, deliver compelling offers for the customers deliver compelling offers for key customers.
  • Negotiate key commercial terms with the customer and reach close transactions.
  • Driving account sales strategy and establish communication cadence with the extended account resources to ensure full engagement and accountability and develop relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Support and participate in business development and sales meetings with customers and represent the company at industry conferences and professional forums.
  • Understand the go to markets dynamics, define business cases, and disseminate functional requirements with internal business and engineering colleagues.
  • Report market activities and developments back to the company

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales or commercial experience within the energy industry, experience within the solar PV installer sector is preferred.
  • Affinity with the renewable energy sector and a passion to learn
  • Desire to work collaboratively in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • Knowledge of battery storage systems, grid systems and photovoltaic power is preferred.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to interface with a strong customer mindset.
  • Ability to understand and synthesize complex technical product information
  • Good analytical, problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Native Speaker, fluent in English.
