Supply Manager

RESPONISBILITIES:

• Control the whole upstream logistics chain, from product acquisition to final product storage, to guarantee on-time client delivery
• Develop your staff and decide on training based on the skills needed
• Respect and enforce HSE rules and internal regulations
• Manage load/capacity adequacy studies in accordance with client needs like S&OP
• Define and maintain supply and inventory management rules (packaging, ABCxyz , supplier batch sizes, inventory coverage, Kanban sizing, etc.)
• Create a budget and keep tabs on expenses
• Manage and direct your 12-person team entirely on your own, in accordance with the established rituals and Lean tools (continuous improvement = HSE, Quality, SQCDP, Stock, efficiency)
• Ensure customer and demand management
• Ensure the management of carriers, suppliers and subcontractors

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in managing a team of 10+ people
• Fluency in English is required, another European language is a plus
• An ERP must be mastered
• Possess good analytical skills and adaptability
• You have a Master 1 / 2 kind of higher beginning training, which you can use to support your seven to ten years of expertise in the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact with any type of interlocutor
• Possess leadership qualities.
