Supply Chain Director

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist portfolio firms in achieving results of a higher level by improving and transfiguring their Supply Chain business
• Identify issues and provide concrete, quantifiable improvement plans
• Notice hands-on quick wins while limiting cash outflow
• Develop Supply Chain strategies in order to escalate revenue and profits, such as expanding into new markets or implementing price adjustments
• Adopt interim line management responsibilities as necessary
• Take advantage of the skill sets of team members, mentoring and guiding them also
• Conduct a review of your customer base and product portfolio, with the goal of rationalization or repositioning
• Create and lead a local task force compromised of all key parties

Your Profile

• Successful completion of a university degree, from a top tier university or in the top 20% is preferred
• International Restructuring Leadership experience (consulting or industry)
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills in multinational teams (preferably in turnaround situations)
• Experience in industrials is preferred
• Ability to identify and prioritize improvement strategies through your financial analysis and management accounting skills, this includes P&L analysis
• Ability and willingness to travel across Europe, typically Monday through Thursday
• Fluent English, accompanied by another European language
• A demonstrated record of adding value creation within a PE portfolio company is advantageous
• Entrepreneurial attitude and divergent thinking
