Service & Solution Architect

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in understanding the requirements and developing the scope of work for the RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
• To give the team guidance and to supply expanded services, ensure and maintain the infrastructure and security system architectural design, operational procedures, guidelines, and processes
• Implement service enhancement strategies and keep an eye on system and service performance. Make sure there are controls in place for release management and lifecycle management. Collaboration between Operations and Service Management is required to routinely notify client
• Lead business-engaged risk exercises to identify and measure risk and develop mitigation strategies
• Stay continuously up to date with latest technologies, protocols, and best practices; meanwhile as mentor to the Junior colleagues, conduct Training programs; Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies. Organize regular knowledge transfer sessions within the team and ensure their expertise to match with the delivered services
• Expert level troubleshooting skills with diverse knowledge about tools from the Networking and Security domains
• Ensures seamless functioning of other services and collaboration of team and work as Backup for Managed Services -Infrastructure Security

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Quick perception, creativity, structured approach and strong analytical and problem-solving skills for investigating security issues
• More than 15 years of technical and operational experience in the IT infrastructure Security environments
• Experience in managing enterprise-wide vulnerability management program, infrastructure, network level security postures
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science and management certifications / accreditations, possess excellent communication skills
• Expert level certifications on Cisco, Palo Alto or Fortinet technologies and a profound knowledge in Microsoft technologies
• A good leader to the team, pathfinder to emerging talents and a mentor to security hunters
• Possess expertise working in multinational projects and teams, possess a proactive, organised, and trustworthy working style, and have a hands-on attitude
