Senior Vice President Germany
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, shape and grow Group portfolio/product management and business activities in the region
- Secure a dynamic organization with a successful heritage based on performance, corporate values and culture
- Develop, Strengthen and execute the regional business plans and strategies in line with Corporate strategies and guidelines
- Carry out a professional management for all product lines and market segments
- Provide leadership to top management in the region, foster a long-term orientation and a strong people focus
- Oversee regional commercial activities; Upgrade sales competencies that have caught up with technical knowledge
- Develop strong and sustainable business relations within the food & beverage industry
- Represent Corporate image in the region towards to the local authorities, business share-holders/partners, Top Levels of the customers
- Work closely with the regional BoD to lead and motivate whole regional organizations to achieve business goals and growth
- Keep close communication & alignment with group functional leaders/heads (matrix organization) so as to fulfill group procedures as well as to transfer Group knowledge to the region
- Actively promote and execute Group mission statement (brand, vision, mission and values) & culture
- Report to German Headquarter by standard routines
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Educational qualification
- Master degree or above in engineering or business/economics, MBA would be a plus
Working experience
- 15+ years working experience within the Consumer Goods industry
- Leadership experience of similar roles such as regional President, CEO Europe, Vice President or Head of Business unit with P&L responsibility in a Consumer Goods business
- International business acumen, reliable customer contacts in regional market
- Strong leadership and matrix skills with global view
- Ability to drive customer strategy forward and to win profitable business in close alignment within the Group
- Ability to provide strong and pro-active sales and commercial guidance
- Professional interaction experience for alignment and discussions
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic mindset
- Strong (global/regional) networking and coordination/cooperation skills

- Deeply experienced with regional working culture, mindset and markets
- Ability to work under pressure due to the nature of automotive business
