Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Our Client is a global company searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) to join their European Team.

You will be accountable for creating and implementing a thorough talent acquisition plan that will enable the organisation to achieve its personnel objectives in the short, medium, and long terms. You will work with hiring managers in this capacity, design and carry out selection processes, and draw applicants through a variety of means, such as career events you conduct. In order to meet the company’s present and future employment needs, you will guarantee a favourable applicant experience and build robust talent pipelines.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR company Partners and Hiring Managers, to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Implement recruitment tactics to attract top-tier applicants in the technology industry, including campus recruiting.
  • End-to-end recruitment process: Create job descriptions and interview questions that are tailored to each position’s requirements. Find suitable applicants through the most effective and efficient methods Determine selection criteria, then design and carry out recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ability to effectively use a CRM software.
  • Create and implement strategies to promote our employer brand through multiple channels to maintain the company’s image as a top employer in the technology sector.
  • Organise and attend job fairs, career and recruitment events.
  • Utilise data analytics to monitor recruitment and drive continual improvement.
  • Talent Planning: Develop long-term relationships with past and potential prospects to establish a talent pool.
  • Maintain legal compliance with Talent Acquisition industry and market developments, including legislative and GDPR changes.

Your Qualifications:

  • Human Resource Management or a similar subject requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
  • Solid work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar job, including end-to-end recruitment and the development and implementation of employer branding projects.
  • Knowledge of CRM Software (preferably Workday), as well as fluency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using social media and employer review websites to increase employer brand presence.
  • Strong project management abilities and experience organising career events.
  • Knowledge of German employment legislation and GDPR best practices.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Knowledge of recruiting metrics and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to improve talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Capability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
