Senior Project Developer

TASKS:

• Support and coordination of all relevant project development processes, including processes for urban land use planning, spatial planning designation, and processes in line with local permitting requirement
• Managing a small team of junior developers to assist in your tasks
• Central contact for all project-relevant stakeholders, e.g., municipalities, authorities, and project partners
• Independent management of a project portfolio throughout the entire development phase – from white space analysis and land acquisition to construction readiness, considering legal, technical, planning, and economic aspects
• A close working relationship with both internal and external expertise

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 8+ years of professional experience in the management of renewable energy projects in development, especially in the field of onshore wind
• Driving licence and the associated willingness to travel
• Specialised organisational and planning capabilities, as well as negotiation abilities
• Knowledge in the use of GIS programmes and WindPro desirable
• Successfully completed a degree programme in engineering, urban and regional planning, environmental planning, landscape planning, or a related field of study
