Senior Okta Developer

REQUIREMENTS:

• Over four years of experience in designing IAM solutions
• At least three years of hands-on Okta experience
• A bonus would be completing Okta Certified Consultant training and obtaining certification
• Proficiency in provisioning, user lifecycle operations, federation, identity management, and on-premise integrations
• Familiarity with configuring high availability solutions like load balancing and failover
• Understanding of enterprise provisioning, roles-based access controls, single sign-on, internal and external federation, systems integration, and compliance-based attestation and recertification
• Management experience with Okta Mastered Users, Single Sign-On (SSO) applications, and application provisioning
• Knowledge of integrating Okta with LDAP and Active Directory master users
• Experience in setting up the Universal Directory and implementing Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
• Expertise in designing Federation, SSO, and Access Management systems for large and complex organizations
• Understanding of enterprise directories and directory integration (LDAP, ITDS, SDS)
• Strong grasp of web access management technologies and processes, with a focus on federation, web services, and SOA
• Familiarity with the SAML specification, digital signatures, certificate management, and session management in depth
• Significant domain-specific experience related to common online access management, including knowledge of cookies, sessions, header/cookie variables, and HTTP traffic flow/analysis
• Understanding of protocol-level troubleshooting, such as LDAP, TCP, etc
