Senior Human Resources Manager
YOUR TASKS:
- Organize and implement organizational changes and personnel realignment plans, and lead HR efforts relating to company-wide restructuring.
- To ensure the successful and efficient execution of restructuring plans, establish and maintain effective connections with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, employees, and labour unions.
- Oversee the organization’s HR department, which includes hiring, orientation, relations with employees, compensation, and training and development of staff.
- Create and use metrics to assess the success of HR projects and programmes, and continually enhance workflows and practices to support business success overall.
- Assist senior management as a trusted advisor, offering direction on labour and human resources issues and driving the creation of policies and procedures for workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Make sure that all applicable labour laws, rules, and corporate policies are followed. You should also give managers and employees advice on HR-related matters.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources management, with a strong focus on restructuring and organizational change management.
- Successful track record in managing HR projects for corporate reorganization and workforce realignment.
- Demonstrated history of successfully leading complex HR projects and initiatives, with a strong emphasis on outcomes and ongoing improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to influence employees at all organizational levels and senior leaders through effective communication.
- Familiarity with labour laws and rules, as well as previous experience working with unions.
