Senior Eneergy Storage Engineer

TASKS:

• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• In charge of the creation, evaluation, and technical supervision of all energy storage project engineering and design
• Provide dependable, reasonably priced, and customer-focused BESS designs to assist energy storage development teams
• Examine and approve the work of consultants engaged in BESS projects to guarantee timely delivery, consistent, and economical design
• Assist in the purchase of BESS equipment by coordinating constantly with the technical staff of the vendor and completing a technical bid review to guarantee compliance
• Create and uphold the standards, specifications, and engineering design criteria
• Ensure the highest level of environmental health and safety in all engineering and design aspects of energy storage projects
• Submit and lead creative ideas to improve value proposition in energy storage

YOUR PROFILE:

• A self-starter with over six years of expertise in Li-Ion batteries, systems engineering, integration, and energy storage technology, along with excellent interpersonal skills
• Deep passion for decarbonization of the global electricity grid
• Strong knowledge of energy storage projects and industry trends with primary focus on batteries, storage, and related solutions
• Experience in Renewables, Battery storage, EPC, and hybrid system
• Deep passion for decarbonization of the global electricity grid
• Outstanding technical aptitude and the capacity to interact both internally and externally with stakeholders who are technical and non-technical
• Experience and knowledge with planning and technical drawings done by AutoCAD on project level
