Salesforce Business Analyst

The ideal candidate possesses:

• A detailed, thorough understanding of how clients use Salesforce to optimize their business processes
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and solution design
• Experience with solutions based on Sales & Service Cloud, Pardot. Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service Lightning, & Health Cloud knowledge/experience is a plus
• A proficient technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and design best practices; specifically design principles, configuration vs. customization, features & functions, integrations, data models, and more
• Through knowledge of metadata migration between Salesforce environments using change sets and other tools
• Collaborate with end-users to create and maintain training materials
• Exceptional communication skills
• 3+ Salesforce Platform certifications, the preferred certifications being:
• Sales Cloud Consultant
• Service Cloud Consultant
• Health Cloud Accreditation
• Community Cloud Consultant
• Pardot Specialist and/or Pardot Consultant
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• CPQ Specialist
• Field Service Lightning Consultant.
