Sales Manager - Semiconductor
TASKS:
- Analyse and evaluate business results and submit regular business reports
- Create, uphold, intensify, and broaden tight relationships with customers
- Set up internal and on-site technical and commercial product presentations
- Find new projects, start them, and continue the product qualification and design-in processes
- Identify potential new customers / markets and business opportunities
- Organise, direct, and keep an eye on the pertinent global supply chain, including forecasting
- In particular, keep an eye on and assess the LSI’s security (banking and government ID), automotive, IOT, and industrial markets
- Plan and carry out expert marketing initiatives in partnership with the designated product portfolio
- Monitor field sales operations and control achievements by product, area and customer
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Very good communication skills and ability to negotiate at all levels
- University degree / Master degree qualified or equivalent in electronics or a related subject
- Good knowledge of LSI application markets and customers
- Capability to lead and work in a team
- 4+ years of relevant professional experience in a sales function within the semiconductor area, preferably in LSI Key account management
- Fluent in German and English language
- Presenting goods, technology, and ideas to clients in a persuasive and competent manner
- System know-how in Memory application segments of advantage
- Extensive sales thinking and pro-active / consultative sales approach
