Sales Director

  • Creating and carrying out the goals and strategies for sales
  • Managing negotiations and meetings with the customer in all commercially relevant aspects as well as supporting technical related meetings and negotiations
  • Taking responsibility for customer quotations and change requests
  • Monitoring of relevant internal and external KPI’s
  • Coordinating closely with various HQ teams and European teams to meet customer requirements
  • Managing and developing strong and trustworthy customer relationships


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Miniumum 15 years relevant expereince in Sales Automotive at a Top Tier 1 organization
  • Relevant experience with VW Group is REQUIRED
  • Knowledge of infotainment, Center information and Cluster Displays, Driver Assistance Camera Systems and Telematics products
  • Excellents communication skills
  • Leaderships skills
  • Fluent in German and English
