Sales Director

RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Control and surpass yearly sales goals for designated sectors
  • Assume accountability for successful business sales outcomes in the targeted areas
  • Find new business opportunities by building strong customer relationships
  • Recognize market trends and landscapes relevant to your industry
  • Create and implement a strategic plan to meet our sales goals and grow our customer base
  • Effectively convey the value of our product through presentations and offers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-10 years experience and demonstrable success in leading sales and business development in Power Generation and/or PowerGrid business
  • English fluency is necessary, but knowledge of another significant language would also be helpful
  • Ability to work independently, develop new client connections, and conduct sophisticated sales with customers who, in the present, may not even be aware of how employing Skeleton goods and systems might boost their revenues
  • Ability to interact with engineers, procurement, and C-level individuals while having effective communication, business development, and sales abilities
  • A courageous attitude and excellent people skills to quickly grow the business and your personal network
  • Prior involvement in events like trade exhibits, going on business trips, and active networking
  • It is crucial to have a thorough understanding of the application strategy, the main industrial technologies involved industrial relevant to the business, and the factors that influence decision-making
