Retail Area Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meeting business objectives (budget, turnover, profitability) and encouraging store expansion within their designated territory while adhering to corporate policies
- Managing all costs consistent with the budget allocated
- Taking care of maintaining and improving the image of the sales outlets, staff performance, products, guaranteeing the customer a level of service in line with company standards and Brand philosophy
- Choosing, developing, and assigning tasks to sales outlet employees in line with corporate goals and performance standards for the designated area retailers, as well as keeping an eye on their performance
- Dealing with improving staff knowledge through suitable training activities, such as: products, customers, sales techniques, coordinating the activities of the shops with other Brand touch points
- Promoting, adopting and developing the use of digital technologies within the scope of their role, with regard to process management and relationships with internal and external stakeholders involved in the business
- Managing, coordinating and monitoring the resources allocated (people, costs, investments)
- Encouraging participation in on-the-job training through proactive initiatives, teamwork and digital activities, aimed at facilitating innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of their responsibilities
