Quality Manager / Director

YOUR TASKS:

• Taking on various interim mandates for individual projects
• Roadmaps for quality management are created, and significant EBITDA improvements are achieved
• Support for our portfolio firms with an increased emphasis on process improvement in both direct and indirect sectors and a quality management focus
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Management being expanded for relevant projects
• Analysis of the current situation along with identification and measurement of EBITDA improvement levers
• Programmes for leading task forces to improve urgent business situations
• Supports certification processes and independently conducts audits

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 5 years of international experience in Quality Management role in industry or in consulting
• Willingness to travel (typically Mo-Thu, across Europe)
• Completed university degree, preferably mechanical/industrial engineering or equal education/study with advanced business knowledge
• English and another European language, preferably one of German, Spanish, French, or Italian, at a fluent level
• Proven ability to lead and motivate international teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent degree of education and quality management-related expertise
• Professional communication and presentation of information, adapted to audience
• Several years of international experience
