Project Manager

YOUR TASKS:

• Make sure top management and other internal and external project stakeholders are informed in a transparent manner
• Create project plans including deadlines, spending limits, resources, and deliverables
• Develop goods that meet and surpass the expectations of internal and external consumers by communicating with them to understand their needs
• Motivate, inspire and support the project team as well as ensuring a continuous project pace
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution
• In order to create new products and innovations, lateral leadership of cross-functional international teams of engineers, designers, and other technical professionals is necessary
• Ability to oversee the pre-development of creative concepts from the first concept to the minimum viable product

YOUR PROFILE:

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Completed Studies in Science, Engineering or Business Administration with affinity for technology
• Excellent communication in English, ideally German also
• Experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and other technical experts
• A flexible attitude towards new concepts and unconventional approaches
• Experience with the agile/scrum methodologies, tools, procedures, and problem-solving abilities
• Innovative ideas and practical methods
