Project Manager - Electric Axles

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regular reports to management and stakeholders
• Project monitoring on an ongoing basis, risk and deviation detection, and creation of effective countermeasures
• Management of multinational and interdisciplinary project teams for electric drive systems from project nomination through SOP (“Start of Production”)
• Finding areas of communication that need improvement and independently putting those improvements into action
• The definition of cost estimates, timetables, and milestones in coordination and cooperation with internal and external partners
• Setting priorities and supporting the entire project team
• Implementing best practice’s and introducing new standards and techniques for measuring project objectives

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficient in German and English
• A degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
• A strong willingness to travel
• Several years of professional experience in (international) project management with verifiable project successes, preferably in the field of e-mobility
• Convincing communication and presentation techniques as well as assertiveness
• Practical expertise within development processes in the automotive industry
• Independent, structured way of working with high commitment, flexibility and resilience
