Project Management Officer
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop an international and cross-functional project management program on BU level
- Continuously improve the program by challenging existing processes and structures, drive respective harmonization and standardization
- Regularly coordinate project content with all involved functions, ensure consistency of action plans, monitor progress and follow up on measurable sub-projects and results
- Create project portfolio, KPI dashboards and presentations for BU and corporate management
- Development and preparation of regular presentations for the executive board
- Administration and continuous improvement of PMO tool
- Develop strategic concepts, conduct analysis, and prepare decision making documents
Your Experience:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering or a comparable qualification
- 5 years of professional experience ideally gained in project management or consulting
- Experience with working in an international matrix organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, decisive personality
- Natural communicator with an ability to lead people without hierarchical power
- Positive, self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented team player
- Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to present confidently
