Project Management Officer

European Union (Remote)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop an international and cross-functional project management program on BU level
  • Continuously improve the program by challenging existing processes and structures, drive respective harmonization and standardization
  • Regularly coordinate project content with all involved functions, ensure consistency of action plans, monitor progress and follow up on measurable sub-projects and results
  • Create project portfolio, KPI dashboards and presentations for BU and corporate management
  • Development and preparation of regular presentations for the executive board
  • Administration and continuous improvement of PMO tool
  • Develop strategic concepts, conduct analysis, and prepare decision making documents

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • 5 years of professional experience ideally gained in project management or consulting
  • Experience with working in an international matrix organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, decisive personality
  • Natural communicator with an ability to lead people without hierarchical power
  • Positive, self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented team player
  • Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English with the ability to present confidently
