Product Launch Manager / Associate Director

TASKS:

  • Creating roadmaps for project- and launch management and achieving significant EBITDA improvements
  • Direct task force initiatives to improve urgent business conditions
  • Project auditing to determine project status, variances, and risks to ensure project / product launches
  • Project and launch management-focused support for our portfolio companies
  • Taking on various interim mandates for individual projects
  • Managing project teams, including internal/external project status reporting, to guarantee successful project / product launches in our portfolio firms
  • Analysis of the current situation as well as identification and measurement of EBITDA improvement levers
  • Implement and oversee Change Management processes

QUALIFICATIONS;

  • Strong financial analysis and managerial accounting skills, including P&L analysis, to identify and prioritise required improvement strategies
  • At least 5 years of international experience in Project- and Launch Management role in industry or in consulting
  • Willingness to travel (typically Mo-Thu, across Europe)
  • Proven track record of delivering value creation in a Private Equity portfolio company is a plus
  • A significant amount of training and work experience in project- and launch management
  • Fluency in English and one other European language
  • Completed university degree, preferably mechanical/industrial engineering or equal education/study with advanced business knowledge
  • Information presentation and communication that is professional and audience-specific
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate international teams.
