Principal Validation / Integration Engineer

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Develop and execute validation plans for ADAS products to ensure that they meet the specified requirements and are reliable.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our products into the overall system.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of ADAS products.
• Work with suppliers to ensure that components used in our products meet the required specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during the validation and integration process and work with the engineering team to resolve them.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and other team members.
• Define and implement process improvements to ensure that the validation and integration process is efficient and effective.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in validation and integration of complex electronic systems.
• Strong understanding of ADAS technologies and systems, including sensors, cameras, radar, and Lidar.
• Experience with testing and validation tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, and LabVIEW.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
