Pre-Sales Consultant
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations
- Stay current on our product offerings and emerging security threats to provide the most up-to-date recommendations
- Engage with clients to understand their security challenges, requirements, and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to enhance our security offerings and messaging
- Create, deliver, and highlight the benefits of captivating presentations and demonstrations of our cybersecurity solutions to clients
- Continuously evaluate competitor solutions and be prepared to articulate our advantages
- Participate in PoC activities to show the viability and efficacy of our security solutions in the client’s environment
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients regarding the implementation and use of our security solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing in-depth technical knowledge about our security products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role within the cybersecurity industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus
- Familiarity with a wide range of security products and solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus, SIEM, and more
