Power System Designer Manager

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Assign resources to projects in accordance with organisational priorities and responsibilities that fit skills and seniority;
• Establish personal goals for team members (for both hard and soft skills) as the foundation for performance reviews and MBO, as necessary;
• Assure that team members regularly give comments in order to promote a culture of openness and express their distinct ideas on future cooperation;
• Take the initiative in gathering, developing, and applying departmental guidelines for pertinent procedures (design, testing, failure analysis, etc.);
• Take the initiative in gathering and defining KPIs for pertinent processes (design, testing, failure analysis, etc.);
• Utilise established KPIs to monitor and manage departmental processes in order to achieve predetermined goals for effectiveness, efficiency, quality, responsiveness,…
• Scout / Assess suppliers / external partners / Universities / consultancy agency for potential cooperation and outsourcing

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required
• Degree in Electronic, Electric, Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
• Problem solving skills
• Communication skills, open mind and propensity to share knowledge and information
• Advanced knowledge of knowledge of power electronics
• Previous experience in e-mobility
• Excel in a fast-paced team environment and be able to collaborate with engineering, suppliers and Project teams
