Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Management of a team of approximately 13 to achieve the objectives set by management, in particular customer satisfaction and operating results. Search for areas for optimizing the performance of profit centers.
- Develop the turnover and the margin of the activity and improve the profitability of each profit center
- Participates in defining the operational strategy
- Ensures compliance with operational processes and ensures the management of associated key indicators
- Improvement of operational performance indicators (productivity, stock level, lead times and customer satisfaction, etc.)
- Defines, in conjunction with the other Departments, the annual budgets/forecasts for each profit center and ensures their management and monitoring
- Ensures the development of team skills by identifying training needs and organizing or providing planned training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills – English and French
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing teams organized in a network
- Good strategic vision
