Key Account Manager

Upper Austria - Hybrid Full TIme

Responsibilities

  • Supports the definition of the customer strategy according to the product portfolio.
  • Establish and develop a close relationship with the customer contacts (purchasing, technical, programmes)
  • Organisation and implementation of concept workshops at customer site.
  • Support in the acquisition of new projects and customer advice within the framework of the sales activity.
  • Responsibility for commercial aspects of the project throughout the project life cycle.

Qualifications

 

  • Completed Successfully completed commercial-technical studies (industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, plastics technology or similar) or comparable training with focus on sales
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience esp. in the automotive environment
  • Strong communication skills, confidence and enjoyment in dealing with customers
  • Business fluent in English & German
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Must be familiar with and adhere to processes, regulations and procedures practiced in the company, e.g. company mission statement, organisational structure, quality management manual, procedural instructions, work instructions, company regulations, guidelines on environmental protection and occupational safety, etc
