Logistics Expert (Transport & Installation of OSS Platform)

Role Overview:

As a Logistics Expert, you will be responsible for managing the transportation and installation logistics of OSS platforms. You’ll work closely with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to optimize schedules, control costs, and ensure safety and compliance in all logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crucial role in ensuring that offshore substations are safely and efficiently transported, installed, and commissioned.
• This role involves a blend of technical, logistical, and project management responsibilities that are critical to the success of offshore wind projects.
• Develop and execute detailed transport and installation plans for OSS platforms, considering route, weather, and regulatory constraints.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project logistics.
• Identify potential logistical risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure all logistics operations meet local and international regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Strong background in logistics for large-scale offshore or energy projects, particularly in transport and installation.
• Skills: Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
