YOUR TASKS:

  • Educate manufacturing excellence team members and portfolio company specialists in methodology and tools
  • Analysing the current situation and defining and quantifying the impact of improvement areas on P&L
  • Focuses on each team member’s strengths when working on tasks; coaches and develops others
  • Provides the team with clear direction and oversees project completion in accordance with agreed team standards, roles, and expectations
  • Management of the task force with the participation of the relevant parties
  • Provides assistance to portfolio companies at various stages, particularly in the areas of Manufacturing Excellence and Lean Manufacturing
  • Gain practical quick wins, such as through workshops, and strengthen local Lean Manufacturing capabilities
  • When necessary, brings in the appropriate experts
  • Create a road map for a lean manufacturing turnaround to achieve significant improvements
  • If necessary, fills interim line job positions
  • Utilizes a thorough understanding of the key drivers of the business to make judgements and provide advice to the portfolio company

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Completed university degree, preferably within top 20% and/or top tier university
  • Fluency in English and one other European language
  • Evidence of strong career progression
  • Excellent understanding of managerial accounting and financial analysis
  • Professional presentation of information and communication
  • The capacity to inspire and lead multinational teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to travel
  • The capacity to inspire and lead multinational teams experience working internationally in a restructuring leadership capacity in business or consulting
  • A plus is having a demonstrated history of generating value for Private Equity portfolio companies
