Lead Package Manager (Offshore Platforms)

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Package Manager for Offshore Platforms to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex offshore packages, ensuring that projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including design, engineering, and on-site teams, as well as clients. This position is crucial in driving successful offshore projects and optimizing collaboration across teams.

• Overseeing specific project components or “packages” essential for the successful installation and operation of offshore wind farms.
• This role involves both commercial and technical oversight, ensuring that the assigned packages are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Lead offshore platform packages from planning to delivery, ensuring milestones and budgets are met.
• Act as the liaison between clients, engineering, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep progress on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in project management within the offshore energy sector, with a focus on platform construction or installation.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale offshore projects, ideally in the renewable or oil & gas industries.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and build positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and budget tracking tools.
