Key Account Manager

Benelux (Remote)


  • Build strong client relationships to support regional manager support
  • Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
  • Help regional manager with forecast and other deliverables
  • Offer post-purchase assistance to maintain clientele
  • As the primary point of contact for the sales, product, and development teams, among other teams with which you will collaborate closely, the input you can offer them will be quite helpful
  • Contact new clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan
  • Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
  • Report on the status of accounts


  • BS or BA degree in engineering, marketing, business, or other relevant course of study
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Ability to travel as needed to fulfill project requirements
  • Native English and Dutch– Any other language is an advantage
  • Shown business acumen and the capacity to communicate value statements to a variety of stakeholders and audiences in a meaningful way
  • Results-oriented and driven work style
  • Compelling and enthusiastic communication skills that are dynamic
  • Demonstrated proficiency with project management and team leadership
