About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Private Equity Investment Manager to lead deal sourcing, M&A execution, and portfolio management. This role is ideal for a seasoned investment professional with a strong track record in acquisitions and value creation. While an interest in ESG factors is valued, hands-on experience in deal execution and portfolio optimization is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full investment process, from sourcing and due diligence to structuring and executing acquisitions.
• Conduct in-depth M&A advisory, presenting findings to the investment committee.
• Actively manage portfolio companies, driving operational improvements and value creation.
• Oversee financial performance, strategic growth initiatives, and business transformation.
• Engage with investors, management teams, and advisors to ensure successful investment outcomes.
• Integrate ESG considerations into investment decision-making where relevant.

Ideal Candidate

🔹 Extensive experience in private equity, investment banking, or M&A advisory.

🔹 Proven track record in acquiring and managing companies, with full deal execution experience.

🔹 Strong financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence capabilities.

🔹 Ability to manage multiple investment processes simultaneously.

🔹 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

🔹 Willingness to travel for business and manage cross-border transactions.
